WHERE ARE THE LEMONS?
Just One Tree is a self-sufficiency project that aims to have 12,000 lemon trees growing in San Francisco—the number needed for each resident to have three pounds of lemons per year, our average consumption. The goal is to show that a city can be sustainable in an edible crop. So far, Chinatown has only 3 registered lemon trees but we know there are more out there! Know of a lemon tree?
