Isabel’s Wedding Cocktail

    1) Assemble the following ingredients:

       1 1/2 oz (45 ml) vodka

       1/2 oz (15 ml) lemon juice, preferably from Meyer lemons

       1/2 oz (15 ml) lemongrass infused “Simple Syrup”

       Dash of soda.

    2) Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

    3) Pour the ingredients into the shaker, except for the soda. Shake well.

    4) Strain into a highball glass. Top up with soda (if desired).

    5) Add a sprig of rosemary. Be sure that enough is sitting in the drink to help infuse the flavor of rosemary into it.
